Passing of Kay Turner Dewey Bangerter

Kay recently passed away in Minnesota where she's lived for many years. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, her condition worsened and she ultimately died of heart problems. She was an NEHS cheerleader for several seasons, as I recall, and active in many facets of life at NEHS. We'll all miss her greatly.

Tom Rule, class of 66 passed away on March 6th.

Tom Rule, class of 66 passed away on March 6th. Tom graduated from Nebraska Technical College in drafting, he entered the US Navy as a Seabee and then was a Bridge Inspector for the Nebraska Department of Roads. Tom was an avid traveler, camper and Gold Wing Motorcyclest. May he rest in peace.

Sharon Lewis McCleary is living in Chipley, FL. She and husband, Dick, come to Sarasota occasionally and we travel their way, also. Margaret Marshall Patterson lives most of the year in Custer, S.D. Sondra Whalen Aitro lives in La Habra, CA. 'Have seen her often through the years.

Ret. Army Colonel Gene LaRue (now going by his first name, Lowell), is living in Fredericksburg, VA. Wanda, his wife, is a a Lincoln High grad. They come to FL each spring for Spring Training games and we enjoy spending a day with them here in Sarasota.
